Rain

SEOUL — In Korea your required to be in the military for a certain amount of time.  No matter if one is an actor, actress, singer the citizen must serve.  Now one of the rules is that your not allowed be in a relationship or you cannot be with anyone.  Unfortunately for Rain a k-pop singer South Korea, was caught with an actress.  Love has no boundaries, but for Rain it will cost him a week in the Barracks.  For Rain it is a temporary sentence and he will be out of the military completely soon, serving more than half of his two years required.

AKB48 GOLD!!! 

The ladies of AKB48 have received recognition for all their hard work,  receiving several gold disc awards, even being picked for "2012 Artist of the Year."  You either love them or hate them, just goes to show what allot of hard work can do for your group.  Some claim that they are to squeaky, while others say they are just another girl group.  Well the awards do not lie, they keep making and selling music, and they keep winning awards.  So for AKB48 they have the last laugh.  So, Congratulation ladies!!!!!!

Avex to hold large-scale auditions across Japan

 

TOKYO —

To commemmorate the 25th anniversary of its founding, entertainment giant Avex will hold large-scale auditions in Japan between Jan 20 and Feb 28. There are no conditions on nationality or visa status, but entrants must be able to understand Japanese or English.
Successful participants will be eligible for a shot at debuting on a major label with the full backup of Avex.
The categories are vocalist, dancer, singer-songwriter, actor, actress or model. Entry is open to anyone aged between 10 and 30; however, applicants under 20 must have the consent of a parent or guardian.
Audition dates are Jan 20 (Tokyo), Feb 10 (Nagoya), Feb 11 (Okinawa), Feb 17 (Fukuoka), Feb 23 (Sendai), Feb 24 (Sapporo), March 2 (Osaka) and March 3 (Tokyo).

  In 2009 this yet another hot kpop boy band group under their own management company called J. Tun Entertianment exploded onto the scene during a October 9, 2009 a Rain's Legend of Rainism concert.The group was created by the famous Korean singer/actor Rain. MBLAQ is an acronym for "Music Boys Live in Absolute Quality". The group is set to debut in Japan in May 2011 under Sony Music Entertainment.

   Currently the group is in a comfortable position on the Oricon charts (j&k pop billboard charts).   The music sounds great they have great danicing and yes the girls are drueling over each of them.  Give them a try buy there music and you wont regret it. Though MBLAQ's recent promotions were affected by some untimely injuries, that's not going to stop the group from releasing their first album repackage, now upgraded to BLAQ Style 3D Edition. The album comes with all 13 tracks from the original album plus three new songs, two of which the members helped write. Combining electro, R&B, and hip-hop, their new title song "Again" gives off a strong and masculine vibe. Y was the only single to be released from the boys follow up single-album. The teaser was officially released on 13 May 2010 in South Korea. The full music video was released at midnight on 19 May 2010. The boys received some lash back after Joon's character held a gun to his girlfriend and shot her in the music video. The boy's label responded with an apology, and a statement stating they would remove the scene.^[1]

One Better Day was also performed during promotions for "Y". The boys officially started promoting "One Better Day" on 20 May 2010, back to back with "Y". The song was never released as a single, nor was a music video produced.

PSY 싸이

PSY aka "Gangnam Style" aka Park Jae Sang is k-pop sensation, that has destroyed Youtube ratings with his almost comedy like dancing style.  Don't think he thought this video would go this far.  He recently claimed that he would end Gangnam style, but does he really understand that it just doesn't end. Once you let a hit out like that, it will never end.  Gangnam style is such a great hit, everyone of all ages try to imitate the Gangnam Style Dance.  The Gangnam fever is out and, everyone is trying it, even costing someone a heart attack.  The dance is fun, highly energetic, but clearly not for the faint at heart.
